1.)  +/-50 new Renter and/or Buyer referrals ('prospects") every month  If you show that you can handle more transactions, we will send you more referrals
2.)  If any of the referrals want to purchase a home, no problem! We can definitely help them buy too, and we'll split the commission as agreed
3.)  Professional email address.
Example: YourFirstName.YourLastName@WeLoveRenters.com  
4.)  Free access to training, personalized marketing materials, administrative support. Build your client contacts, gain experience showing homes and working with peoples' diverse situations
5.)  Set your own schedule.  Be your own boss.  Client referrals are provided constantly, just check your email!


B  ::: These are the minimum requirements :::
1.)  You must have an active Nevada Real Estate license, and move it to Alliance Realty & Property Management  www.AllianceLV.com  7955 W. Sahara #102, Las Vegas, NV 89117
2.)  You must be a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) with MLS access and Supra Key, Nevada Association of Realtors (NVAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR)
3.)  ALL RENTAL TRANSACTIONS will be paid at a 70/20/10 (Agent(YOU)/Team/Alliance) commission split

C  ::: Our "ideal" team candidate should also have most of the following (not required) :::
1.)  Laptop or iPad w/high speed mobile Internet access (like Verizon, Clear/Sprint, Cricket) and mobile printer
2.)  Smartphone w/mobile email access and high resolution camera (like an iPhone, BlackBerry, HTC, Palm)
3.)  Sales experience of any kind (retail, direct, business to business). Fluency in foreign languages (primarily Spanish
or Chinese (Mandarin))
4.)  Experience using Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Yahoo!, and Google
5.)  Willingness to attend business/community/networking events, community service projects, and promotional events (no more than twice per month) to represent and help promote "WeLoveRenters.com"

D  ::: Performance expectations :::
1.)  Agents must be available to give home tour appointments 4 days per week.  Agents must be on-time to 100% of the appointments set & confirmed with the client(s)
2.)  Agents must complete transactions with at least 40% of the total referrals ("prospects") given
3.)  Agents must call every client referral within 2 hours of receiving the referral on the days you have chosen to work.  Agent must also email and text message the client the same day that the referral is received
4.)  Agents will provide daily status reports on all referrals received that week.  All follow up and commissions are to be tracked by each agent
5.)  Must ask each client/referral for
another referral (or to pass information on).  Everyone uses Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., so invite them to connect with our team online and refer some friends to us!
